How It Works

Recharge

During Phase One (weeks 1-4), you will recharge by learning the practice of self-compassion. You will also learn how to burn more fat while you sleep and we will lay the groundwork to repair your gut.

  • Become more comfortable taking care of YOU and gain hacks to carve out the time for self-care.

  • Employ four SIMPLE practices that will level out your moods and get you off the blood-sugar rollercoaster.

  • Ditch self-criticism and gain a new way of talking to yourself and loving your body.

Reset & Repair

During Phase Two (weeks 5-10), learn powerful practices to reset your circadian rhythm, repair your gut, and optimize metabolic health.

  • Use our printable guides for nutrition and supplementation to heal the gut and reduce systemic inflammation.

  • Learn mindfulness practices to regulate your nervous system and support your mental wellbeing.

  • Build a daily rhythm that includes movement practices that work for you.

Renew

During Phase Three (weeks 11-12), move forward confidently with a realistic plan to sustain your new-found vitality.

  • Learn simple swaps to protect yourself from toxic exposures that can wreak havoc on your metabolism and un-do your hard work.

  • Finish the program with a balanced approach to food and alcohol that restores the joy in eating and drinking.

  • Leave with a plan that includes your daily non-negotiables for self-care.
