Coaching for students (6th grade - college) is available in person or via zoom and includes:

  • Review of grades and GPA goal-setting

  • Calendar management and time-blocking

  • Weekly backpack clean-out

  • Planning for long-term projects and papers

  • Weekly curriculum about the ADHD brain / executive function challenges and strategies for success

  • Implementing tech-based organization and planning tools

  • Goal setting and text message check-ins for goal accountability

  • Consultative services for IEP and 504 plans

Coaching for adults with ADHD is available in person or via zoom and includes:

  • Personalized time management strategies to overcome procrastination and self-sabotage

  • Help with overcoming demand resistance

  • Organization systems for managing tasks, responsibilities, and digital clutter

  • Support for completing important projects and breaking down complex tasks

  • Point-of-need education on the ADHD brain and executive functioning

  • Goal setting with weekly text message check-ins for accountability

  • Navigating work-life balance, relationships, and self-advocacy

  • Optional collaboration with therapists, healthcare providers, or workplace accommodations when needed
