Coaching for students (6th grade - college) is available in person or via zoom and includes:
Review of grades and GPA goal-setting
Calendar management and time-blocking
Weekly backpack clean-out
Planning for long-term projects and papers
Weekly curriculum about the ADHD brain / executive function challenges and strategies for success
Implementing tech-based organization and planning tools
Goal setting and text message check-ins for goal accountability
Consultative services for IEP and 504 plans
Coaching for adults with ADHD is available in person or via zoom and includes:
Personalized time management strategies to overcome procrastination and self-sabotage
Help with overcoming demand resistance
Organization systems for managing tasks, responsibilities, and digital clutter
Support for completing important projects and breaking down complex tasks
Point-of-need education on the ADHD brain and executive functioning
Goal setting with weekly text message check-ins for accountability
Navigating work-life balance, relationships, and self-advocacy
Optional collaboration with therapists, healthcare providers, or workplace accommodations when needed
